you will run out of Jay-Z albums to talk about before even coming close to exhausting The Teacha&#39;s discography. Then also we should look at what those
artists have done for Hip Hop as a whole. Jay has undeniably paved the way for American success for black men being the entrepreneur he is. But the big

			<description><![CDATA[ My arguement as to why Jayz can never be considered for a top spot let alone top 10 is, because, during the &quot;Golden Era&quot; he was a bust, a flop, a
nobody. He had no buzz. Even in his own home town of brooklyn. When, the likes of Black Moon, NWA, ATCQ, Wu, Snoop,Biggie and other notable artists of the time
were dropping jewels this guy was no where to be found. Reasonable doubt was nothing but a rehash of Illmatic, OBFCL and Ready to die. The guy is\was not
